  • How are the courses delivered?
The Flipped Learning: Theory into Practice Course is delivered through a blend of live virtual sessions and self-paced learning materials in cohorts --hence, it is self-paced within each week. It includes weekly live workshops conducted via Zoom, pre-recorded video lessons, downloadable resources, and interactive exercises. This hybrid approach allows for both collaborative learning and flexibility to fit your schedule. Other courses are self-paced with a 100-day completion time. All the communication is asynchronous; you will receive my response within the next 12 hours.
  • What's the time commitment per week?
Each course typically requires 2-3 hours per week. This includes 1 hour for live sessions and 1-2 hours for self-paced activities, readings, and practical applications in your teaching context. The courses are designed with busy educators in mind, with clearly structured modules that fit around professional commitments.
  • How long do I have access to course materials?
You'll have full access to all course materials for 6 months from your enrollment date. This includes the cohort experience (typically 6-8 weeks) plus additional months to review and implement what you've learned. After the 6-month period, you can maintain access through our affordable subscription options, which also provides updates to existing modules, access to new modules and our growing library of resources.
  • Are there assignments or practical components?
Yes, each course includes practical components that help you apply what you're learning directly to your educational setting. These include designing lesson / chapter plans for a flipped class, creating teaching materials with AI, creating AI-powered teaching materials and developing implementation strategies. Assignments are designed to be immediately useful in your professional practice rather than just theoretical exercises.
  • When does the next cohort start?
New cohorts start every 8 weeks. Our upcoming cohort dates are posted on the course registration page. If you're interested in a specific start date, you can join our waiting list and we'll notify you when registration opens for that cohort.
  • How many participants are in each cohort?
Each cohort is limited to 18 participants to balance personalized attention with collaborative learning opportunities. This group size allows me to provide meaningful feedback on your work while creating a diverse learning community with varied perspectives and teaching contexts. Small enough for everyone to actively participate in discussions, yet large enough to generate rich peer-to-peer learning experiences.
  • What happens if I miss a live session?
All live sessions are recorded and made available within 24 hours. While we encourage active participation in the live workshops for the best learning experience, we understand educators have busy schedules. You can watch the recordings, complete the associated activities, and post any questions in our community forum where they'll be addressed.
  • Can I switch cohorts if needed?
Yes, you can switch to a different cohort up to 7 days before your cohort's start date at no additional cost. If you need to switch after your cohort has begun, you can transfer to the next available cohort for a small administrative fee of £25. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your enrollment.
  • What technology/software do I need?
You'll need a computer or tablet with a reliable internet connection, webcam, and microphone for participating in live sessions. Our courses run primarily through a web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). For some AI-focused modules, you may need to create free accounts on any AI platform of your choice --detailed instructions will be provided.
  • Can I access courses on mobile devices?
Yes, course materials are accessible on mobile devices through our responsive platform. While you can review videos, readings, and discussion forums on your smartphone, we recommend using a computer or tablet for live sessions and completing practical assignments for the best experience.
  • Is there technical support available?
Yes, technical support is available throughout the course. For platform-related issues, I am available via email with a response time of 24 hours or less.

  • What's your refund policy?

If you're not satisfied after accessing the second module, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the second module's release. To request a refund, simply email us explaining your circumstances. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period or once you've accessed additional modules beyond the second one. This policy is designed to be fair while protecting the value of our course materials. We release modules sequentially as each previous one is completed, allowing you to progress at the cohort's pace while making informed decisions about your continued participation.
  • Are discounts available for group or school purchases?
Yes, we offer tiered discounts for multiple registrations from the same school or district: 2-4 educators: 15% discount 5-8 educators: 25% discount We can also create custom packages for schools implementing Flipped Learning approach across departments or grade levels. Please contact me directly to discuss your institution's specific needs.
  • Will I receive a certificate upon completion?
Yes, you'll receive a digital certificate of completion after finishing all course modules and required activities. This professional certificate details the specific skills and knowledge areas covered, total hours of instruction, and can be added to your CV, professional portfolio, or shared on LinkedIn. Each certificate has a unique verification code that employers or institutions can use to confirm its authenticity.
  • Are your courses recognized for professional development credits?
Our courses are designed to meet the standards for professional development in many educational systems. While recognition varies by region and institution, we provide detailed course syllabi and completion documentation that you can submit to your school, district, or educational authority for CPD/CEU consideration.
  • How is AI integrated into the curriculum?
AI is woven throughout our curriculum as both a teaching tool and a subject. You'll learn practical applications specifically focused on flipped classroom methodology. The course shows you how to employ AI and AI-powered platforms to efficiently plan and prepare flipped lessons, create engaging pre-class materials, and implement simple assessment systems with instant feedback. Each module includes hands-on practice with current AI tools that directly support the flipped classroom model.
  • Is Flipped Learning applicable to my subject?
Absolutely! Flipped Learning is highly adaptable to any subject area. You can customize your flipped classes based on your students' needs, school conditions, and subject-specific requirements. The flexibility of FL allows you to determine which content works best outside the classroom and which activities maximize your face-to-face time, regardless of whether you teach math, languages, sciences, humanities, or arts.
  • Will I have direct access to you during the course?
Yes, you'll have multiple ways to connect with me throughout the course. I actively participate in live sessions and respond to questions in the discussion forum within 12 hours. With our small cohort size of 18 participants, I'm able to provide personalized guidance and feedback on your implementation of flipped learning and AI tools. You can also reach me via email for specific questions, and many participants connect with me on LinkedIn for ongoing professional networking.
  • What kind of feedback will I receive on my work?
You'll receive both structured and personalized feedback throughout the course. For assignments and practical activities, I provide specific, actionable feedback on your implementation plans and created materials. During live sessions, you'll have opportunities for real-time coaching. Additionally, our peer review system allows you to receive insights from colleagues facing similar challenges in different contexts, giving you a well-rounded perspective on your work.
  • Is there peer collaboration or community support?
Absolutely. Peer collaboration is a key component of our learning experience. You'll work with fellow educators in breakout sessions during live workshops, participate in peer feedback activities, and have access to a private community forum where you can share ideas, resources, and challenges. Many participants find that the connections made with like-minded educators become a valuable professional network that extends beyond the course duration.
  • Is there ongoing support after course completion?
Yes, after completing the course, you'll retain access to all materials for 6 months. Additionally, you'll be invited to join our alumni community where you can continue discussions, share implementation successes, and ask questions. While direct instructor support is more limited after course completion, I regularly participate in the alumni community to provide guidance and updates on new developments in flipped learning and AI.
  • Do you offer personalized coaching after the course?
Yes, I offer personalized coaching options for educators who want ongoing support implementing flipped learning in their specific context. These coaching packages are separate from the course and provide one-on-one guidance tailored to your unique challenges. Options range from single session reviews (£49) to comprehensive implementation support packages (£199 - £349). Coaching sessions can focus on lesson plan review, troubleshooting specific challenges, or developing complete implementation strategies for your classroom or department.
